This latest display of Burberry boutique at Senayan City might look very simple. Three 'curtains' with a mannequin become the main decorations at the window display. However, try to look at those paper curtain closer and you will be amazed with the excellent job the VM did. There are hundreds of flower shape cut outs, some of them are even still attached there.

Rococo: A private library
Rococo at Plaza Indonesia has a very interesting window display concept this month. The detail of the display is amazing although there are no product from this multi-brands shoes and accessories boutique appear inside.

Dior: Flower forest
Plaza Senayan
Plaza Indonesia
After blanketing the wall of an old house in Paris for his first haute couture for Dior, Raf Simons played again with flowers for the S/S 2014 show last September 2013. The guests were seated under rows of hanging flowers. This decor is now being recreated for the Spring 2014 window of this French fashion house. Look at these photos from Dior boutiques at Plaza Indonesia and Plaza Senayan and you can say that they are very beautiful, a show stopper among the other boring windows in the two shopping malls.

Hermes: The horse
Finally, there are some Indonesia boutiques that update their window display look for the new season. First of all is Hermes boutique at Pacific Place. The theme is so obvious here that is horse, this Parisian brand is originally an equestrian experts back to long long time ago. Here, you can find the big big winged horse or can be called Pegasus but appears in brown color. The rattan horse is accompanied by Indonesian flat 'lumping' horse, a traditional horse made of, usually, woven bamboo and is used as the Kuda Lumping dance property. Here the lumping horses are made of rattan.. I am not a fan of this East meets West look but it is still a creative approach to be sure.
