Christian Louboutin: Egypt

What is the connection between Christian Louboutin and Egypt? Did he ever go there recently? I think, and am sure, that the answer is negatively no. However, Egyptian pillars that can be found in some palace ruins are now becoming the main attraction in the window display. There are four designs of the pillars with one of them is featuring the beautiful Egyptian ancient painting. Those pillars also function as the supporter for the shoes and handbag collections.

Window display are designed, arranged, and decorated to expose the best asset and commodity of a store or a boutique. Here, I would like to share my favorite interesting objects I saw on some boutiques at Plaza Indonesia yesterday. They are outstanding and succeed to make me stop and take the photos. Louis Vuitton Plaza Indonesia had a private event of Spring/Summer 2013 collection launching and put one of the most interesting shoes I ever saw. It is a horse-hair pumps with mini-Damier-motif printed on the surface plus the tiniest beads that form a flower silhouette (open those pictures and zoom them). Faces were appear in the Christian Louboutin collections, tribal motif at sandals and the shoemaker himself on a sneaker. The last is Zara that put one of its best dresses, a backless and plunging one in the softest hue of pastel color. The excellent thing on this display is the way the mannequin was arranged to show the back part of the dress, sexy and sensual but sill elegance.

Christian Louboutin: Anchor

Christian Louboutin window display for Summer 2013 has the nautical theme but not in very literal way. This time is well represented with the existence of three sharps anchors in each window. Those anchors functions to display the shoes or bags by simply put them in the hook part. Interesting.

Christian Louboutin: Spike up !

Punk might not exist each season, but Christian Louboutin keeps designing his heels or men loafers with spike studs in each collection. This fabulous and glamorous looking collection is now displayed at Christian Louboutin window display, the end side one. Platforms, bag, and even men loafers are decorated entirely with sharp spike studs that might scratch your skin. Dangerous but still very glam looking.

Christian Louboutin: Vitamins

Christian Louboutin window display for Spring 2013 is very surprising. There are giant pills, capsules, and also two boxes containing aluminium-foiled-strips. Inside the see-through-plastic strips are the Vitamin Loubi-es a.k.a Christian Louboutin shoes that are good if you take them in pairs as it is written on the box. What a playful concept for a very glamourous shoes.
