Hong Kong Summer Sale 2014

If you come to Hong Kong, and Macau, these days, the summer sale is still going on in almost all the branded stores spread out in the whole region. Each brand has many creative ways to promote the sale promotion in its window display. Here are some of the creative sale window display that I saw on my trip in the end of July.

Robinsons: Bird paradise

Robinsons: Sale

For Indonesian people, Singapore is the closest and most favorite shopping Mecca especially when it comes to Singapore Great Sale. This twice a year event is anticipated by stores throughout the country and some of the shops decorated their window display with special concept. The example is Robinsons window display that is now showing an aquatic concept. The giant letters of S, A, L, and E are standing still in a blue water that might resembles the sea. Take a closer look on the window and you can find many bottles with sale leaflet inside - message in a bottle concept.

Metro Dept. Store: Mechanic women

Metro Department Store window display for its latest Big Sale promotion is depicting women in mechanic job. The female mannequins are wearing safety helmets and the situations on the display is like a room full of machines and other tools. One of the machine, with BIG SALE words on it, is rolling lively on the wall, make the display look vivid yet eye catching.

Desigual: The gifts

Desigual, a Spanish brand that is famous with riots of graphics and colors, has an interesting concept for its Christmas display. There are giant gift boxes and each of them contains the mannequins that are posing the Fall/Winter 2012 collection. Look at the ground part of the display and you can find tiny houses and snowy particles that make this display looks magical or some kind of fantasy.

Jade: SALE

Jade is the most creative local boutique that has interesting and out of the box window display creation each season. In this Christmas or holiday month, Jade decorates its spacious window display in Plaza Indonesia purely dedicated to the sale promo. The window front is 'tied' with black ribbons that has a metal frosted candle tier in the center. Inside the yellow walled display are some paper bags in various size that symbolize the extra shopping habit in the sale season.
